Fascia Boards
The fascia board runs horizontally along the edge of your roofline. We replace worn, rotten or cracked fascias with durable uPVC boards that require no painting and won't rot.
Soffit Boards
Soffits close off the gap beneath the roof overhang, protecting the rafter feet from weather. We offer both solid and vented soffit boards to ensure your roof space stays properly ventilated.
Guttering

A full roofline replacement on a standard semi-detached house typically takes 1–2 days. Larger properties may take a little longer.
Does uPVC need painting?
No - one of the key benefits of uPVC is that it never needs painting. It holds its colour and won't rot, crack or peel like timber.
Can you just replace one section?
Yes, we can replace damaged sections rather than the full roofline if the rest is in good condition. We'll advise what makes most sense after inspection.
Do I need scaffolding?
For most properties we use ladders and access equipment. Scaffolding is included in your quote if required for safe access.
